If you stay in the same location with your motorhome, we recommend plugging in the external power supply at least three times a week.

If you drive your motorhome almost every day, the last battery will charge automatically, making external charging less necessary.

The LED lights, water pump, 12V and USB connectors can be used, while the 220V connectors only work if the vehicle is connected to an external power source.

20. Where can I fill my fresh water tank?

When you rent a motorhome, you always get a fresh water tank (approx. 200 liters). If you rent a motorhome for a longer period, you will probably have to fill the water tank yourself. Before returning, you should: fill the diesel tank, drain the waste water, empty and clean the toilet cassette, and clean the rental accessories.

25. Do we have to return a full tank of fuel?

Yes. At the beginning of your rental, you receive your motorhome with a full tank of fuel and return it full as well .

Otherwise you will be charged for the missing fuel and €40,00 for the refueling service.

 26. What if I commit a traffic violation?

We will be notified by mail by the competent police department of the traffic violation committed. (Depending on the country in which the offence was committed, notification may be received for a period of one month to more than a year after the offence.)

We will notify you by email - a notice has been sent for your information.

Possible solutions :

- you pay the fine yourself and send us proof of payment for the information;

- we send your information to the competent police department (if they indicate this as an option) and then they contact you directly;

- or we pay the amount of the fine and invoice you with an additional 3% for administrative and bank charges.

Note: the traffic ticket is valid for two years!

Please obey traffic rules and speed limits to avoid fines.

27. What should I do if I have not paid my parking ticket?

So far we have received reports of unpaid parking fines only from Croatia.

In this case, the extensive procedure preceding the enforcement begins and the costs increase significantly due to the issuance of the notice, translation of court documents, etc. Regarding payment, we will follow the same procedure as for traffic violations.

Be careful and pay your parking tickets to avoid the extremely high costs associated with the fine.
